An amount or a rule looks out of date

Tell us the rule and, if you have it, the official page or the regulation that says otherwise. Penalty levels and procedures change by regulation or by decision of a council or a government; we read the official source again, correct the parameter file and date the change.

What we cannot do

We are not a council, a parking operator, an appeals service or a law firm. We cannot look at your notice, appeal for you or tell you whether you will win. Please do not send notice numbers, registrations, photographs of tickets or personal details.
